This photo is wonderful in many ways. Firstly, the title is clear and to the point: "Yellow Flower" and this is appropriate for the picture. I really like the position of the flower, and how it's to aligned to the left, and that one thin stem holding it up gives it an effect. And the flower looks lonely standing alone by itself. The blurred background works really well and this helps give it a lonesome effect, as we can vaguely see the other flowers (the orange and yellow patches in the green). The green in the background makes it seem like this flower is in the grass and because it fades from green to blue, the blue makes it look like sky. I like the different tones used in the green: there are both darker and lighter shades-- as it comes to the bottom of the picture, it is a very dark shade of green and this is what brings out the small leaves at the bottom of the photograph. And personally, I think that those leaves look wonderful, and just give it an effect of the flower growing. The shades of blue are also magnificent. There is sky blue, dark blue and a blend of blue and black. I think this is amazing, and I have never seen anything like it before- it is quite surreal. More to the top of the photograph, there are darker shades of blue. I am not sure if this is natural or it was done on photoshop; however, whatever it is, it is simply stunning.
