This, I must say, is one of the most compelling images I have ever found of a leaf. The colors and the focus almost makes the deviation look like it is outside of our world, taking us to a magical seascape or a similar location. The strong fade brings a extreme focus on the leaf, which is also colored a very radical, bold, and extremely prominent shade of gold. This, in fact, seems to show the leaf in a golden light only further enhancing the effect. The way the leaves seem to reach out toward the camera is also making the leaves "pop out" more, being even more noticeable.
