Nice. What have you brought to the image by changing the hue in this way? You don't say which picture you prefer or why, or if actually the four together is the result you were intending to create.
Yes there is a skill to effectively adjusting colour and light, but the intention realised is where the talent lies.

Personally I like Action 1 as it brings focus to the boat in the picture creating depth which is somewhat lacking in the other 3.
